  1. Okay, you posted your list here, so I'm guessing you want feedback. Hopefully you won't mind my commentary...

First, two things on general list posting:
    1. GW gets twitchy about IP when people post individual upgrade costs. Final unit totals are usually acceptable and breakdowns of wargear chosen is fine, but I'd remove the individual costs.
    2. It's much easier to read things when there's not quite so much space between lines, especially when trying to get a sense of the overall. Shorthand is also acceptable as, presumably, anyone helping you should have a copy of the Codex. For example, it's very easy to read:
Farseer, Doom, Fortune, SStones, RoWit, RoWard 155pts
9x Banshees, Exarch upgrade w Mirror Swords 166pts

As to the list itself... are you limited by the models you have on hand or is this something you're building towards? Because honestly, this list has some issues. I'd seriously question taking it for friendly play, much less to a tournament. Looking at the balance (or lack thereof), I'm guessing you're a fairly new player to either 40k, Eldar, or both?
    1. Why a Farseer AND Eldrad? I don't disagree with the principle, but usually a dual-Farseer list has some reason for that level of support. I'm not seeing that in yours.
    2. 3 Warlocks on foot. These are doing what for you? Enhance is something to take them into Close Combat with. Destructor is for getting up close and flaming the enemy. How are you going to do this on foot and with only 3 guys? Fortune and Rune Armour is good, but not THAT good. If you're going to go with a Warlock Council, I'd suggest taking more guys and either mounting them in a Serpent or putting them on Jetbikes.

  2. 3. Your base cost on the Dire Avengers is wrong. Also, if you're going to go Serpent of Fury (Bladestorming DA in a Serpent), then get the squad up to 8 guys or more. (I have an article on SoF tactics you might find interesting: http://40kmaunderings.blogspot.com/2009/07/serpent-of-fury-advanced-skimmer.html)
    4. Dump the Vectored Engines off the Serpent as you REALLY don't need them. I'd also consider chopping the Spirit Stones and Star Engines as they're typically going to be dead weight, but some people swear by them. (I'll give you my full take on those if you want.)
    5. Don't bother putting Spirit Stones on a War Walker. It will be rare that it is Stunned and needing to move. Dual Scatter Lasers is a good build, though I'd take a full squadron of 3 rather than a single.
    6. 10x Pathfinders? That's quite the chunk, especially when you're looking to deploy them into terrain. I'd cut them down in size (5-6 guys) and/or replace them with a mobile Scoring unit. Also, Rangers are more efficient shooting and can get the same saves with Go to Ground... However, I wouldn't switch to them until you have a little more experience with the army.
    7. Your base cost on the Hawks is off. If you're going to take them, I agree with the gear and Exarch chosen. Still, I wouldn't take them. They're way over-priced for 5th edition.
    8. 2 Prisms are MUCH better than a single. Again, Star Engines and Vectored Engines aren't needed, especially on an extreme range unit like the Prism. Holofields are optional but nice, as is the chin cannon.
    9. The Scorpions make sense with how foot-based the rest of your list is... but you're going to want more of them. 5 and an Exarch just aren't going to cut it, especially if Infiltrating/Outflanking. Also, I prefer Claw or Claw and Biting Blade over just the Blade itself. It's nice to have something to ignore armour saves with.
    10. Dragons, yay! Except how are they going to perform anti-tank if they can't ever get there? You desperately want these guys in a Wave Serpent. Also, you don't really need Tank Hunters in a unit full of melta weapons. Crack Shot is nice for ignoring cover, but really... a small anti-tank squad doesn't even need an Exarch. I'd only add in an Exarch for a unit of 8+, even then he'd be a DB Flamer & Crack Shot Exarch to make the unit more effective against Infantry.
    11. 9 Banshees... on foot? Similar to the Dragons, these girls really need a Serpent for mobility. On foot they're Heavy Bolter bait. Mirror Swords on the Exarch isn't a bad call, though the Executioner's nice for that extra punch. The two work out about the same average in the long run though. The Exarch's powers are also kinda nice if you have a few spare points.

Anyways, that's my initial thoughts... There's a lot of other info I could share, but I'd have to see where you go with the above to keep it pertinent. Cheers and hope this helped.

(Black text on a black background for Comments... that could use fixing.)
